Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year! What an exciting year this will be with busing, uniforms, and a different but bigger building. We now are all under one roof, Art, Music, Special Ed. and all tutors have their own classrooms. Yea!
Questions about uniforms top the list of phone calls. Students do not have to wear uniforms on picture days. Our Windemere T-shirts with our logo can be worn on Good Guy movie days or other designated days. We will be able to support the Indians, Browns, and have dress down days many times throughout the year. Our students that belong to Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts are also permitted to wear their scout uniforms to school.
"Be A Part of the Change" is the slogan that PTA has chosen for this school year using red, white and blue as their color theme.
Please help us as we transition into this new year, and be patient with our traffic flow until we get settled in our new surroundings!

Welcome to a new school year! The summer sure went by fast, but I think we are excited to start the school year.
The PTA has a LOT of things planned this year, and we want to have everyone included. Our PTA Membership drive has started. The theme this year is “Be A Part Of The Change “. We are striving for 100% child representation (one PTA member for each student). I personally encourage you to become a member, your time whether it is small or large will make a HUGE difference in the lives of our children. Look for membership information in the Breeze after school starts.
Our first PTA meeting will be on Tuesday, September 16th at 6:30 in the Multi-purpose Room. Childcare and refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there!
I am really looking forward to a great school year. Together we can make it happen!

 Acme Receipts ~
Start collecting those Acme receipts again. The CASH BACK PROGRAM started September 29, 2007 and runs until Febuary 16, 2008. Save your Acme receipts & send them in to the school! When you buy qualifying products (i.e. Topcrest, Foodclub, domestix, Topcare, Acme, Paws, Dining In or Valutime), our school will receive 5% cash back! The total from all of these items will be on the bottom of your receipt.
